Last night, I left some leftover sauce to cool before putting it in the fridge, but I forgot, was left out in the open overnight, until I woke up this morning and saw it. Should still be good, right? xD It has garlic, garlic should make it more resistant to spoiling (I want to believe lol). I guess I'll find out later today at dinner :p

Well, it was fine in the end. Tasted a little different, but seems like garlic sauce can survive one night out in the open. Probably shouldn't do that again though :p
