Oh no, it’s absolutely cynical and self-interested. But Nazis do have a surprisingly significant hold in Ukraine, which still absolutely baffles me when you think about what Nazi ideology said about Slavs. Regardless, they’ve actually got a far better Casus Belli than any of the NATO wars of the last 30 years, even if the bar is literally in hell.
