#ScribesAndMakers §28 Aside from obligations, what are your biggest distractions from your creative work? I think it’s lack of organization. I hate deadlines but when I have one, I’m able to project manage creative things so I actually get them done. I have an idea for a pebble mosaic I haven’t started it. I should set an arbitrary deadline like my birthday in mid-October and see if that helps. If I get it done, past me will have made future me a present. It’s also something I have to do in my backyard because it’s big and messy and will be heavy. I can’t bring it to craft nights at other people’s houses.
