Libraries are cozy places where you can learn so much and escape into other worlds *for free.* I visited my local one just last week. I usually borrow e-books through my library but going to Alameda Free Library in person was delightful. One librarian told me about a summer reading challenge that comes with prizes. Another librarian told me where to find the Pride month display so I could get more books for the Prideopoly challenge that just ended. I sat in a comfy chair and read for a while until I realized I was going to be late for an online class.
