Badly describe your job: Exchanging pumps
You really need a PhD for this!
Last Sunday, I actually helped someone remotely fix/diagnose a machine like this that I never interacted with irl. It troubles me how little idea most people have about how these things work.

Yeah, I guess the bad noises were kind of warranted. But no new damage to the scrolls, so that's always a plus.
