Thank you for the thread/space. (55/800) As of posting, we've received only Patreon funds for July so far. My family and I currently live on a single disability check that barely covers the bills, let alone food and medicine. I am biracial (Cherokee), visibly disabled, schizophrenic, intersex, queer, gender noncomforming, poor, sickly, living in a house that is literally falling apart, and probably a few more things that society at large frowns upon. We need help. It's $800 to cover grocery, prescriptions, and doctors. It's going to be tight this month too, because I'm having to get extra labs drawn, plus as one of our dogs moved into the senior stage of his life, he's having a hard time keeping the kibble he was eating down, meaning we've had to switch him to something more expensive, making it even more urgent that we be able to keep our cupboards stocked and a (albeit leaky) roof over our heads.
