@joelvanderwerf@mastodon.social We can probably measure in hours the time before the civil action is filed against the Coast Guard (for violating the 1st Amendment). Were I the judge I would consider a sua sponte motion to charge the Coast Guard commander - and his chain of superiors right up through Hogsbreath and trump - with a criminal charge of violating their oath to support the Constitution.
