I go into Kohls maybe 4-5 times a year, two things always surprise me. How they stay in business and how they manage to move the Amazon return area every single time.

@quarterswede@mastodon.social @paul@tapbots.social It's been in the same place for us the whole time. Just walk the furtherest distance you can from the front door, and there it is. It's more infuriating to me that the same shopping center has a UPS, Kohls and Whole Foods and I end up having to go to at least 2 of the 3 every time I have multiple returns.
