@famfo@frogs.lgbt @pomagarnet@chaos.social same, I'm also a filesystem "boomer". XFS has zero advantages if you're not using it for databases, BTRFS is just unstable, ZFS is out-of-tree and so on... EXT4 is still fastest/most reliable :akko_shrug: Also, is it a Smasnug drive by any chance?

@pomagarnet@chaos.social it's just one superblock which wouldn't be accessed. The (majority) data itself is probably still fine
