@TallSimon@mstdn.ca also it's interesting that New Zealand is not allowed to do the haka at the World Cup, when somehow they're the only country allowed to do something like this everywhere else

@shayman@cosocial.ca Odd, I did not realize that... 'course, then you look up the translation and some of them can be just a weeee bit aggressive. It's basically military parade drill. You're right though, we need something for 🇨🇦 ... needs to riff on a few themes... hard one... So we've been having a bit of fun today. My kid looks so much like Haaland, is even the same height, long blonde hair, that he's been getting compliments on the game from his buddies... 🤣 (Don't tell him, but we got him the jersey.)
