@emilymbender@dair-community.social I recently attended an engineering conference and at a panel discussion an attendee asked "How should I deal with a colleague who doesn't want to use AI?"
And the answer of one of the panelists was: "First acknowledge their ethical or environmental concerns, because there's no way around this. It is a problem. Second talk to them about how the business requires all of you to use it."
It started so well … :blobcatgrimacing:

@sashag@anarres.family @emilymbender@dair-community.social this is the standard response for all ethical concerns in business unfortunately. "How can we be perceived as ethical", not "how can we act ethically".
