Skill issue. Either disable your VPN, move to a country with fewer botnets and scammers, or get better at basic internet skills.

I disabled my VPN and it still does not work. Since you seem more knowledgeable in this field, could you recommend me a tutorial on internet skills and a list a countries I could move to?
