Well, that's my work done for another semester. No 'hi H, thanks for your efforts this semester, sorry we don't have anything for you next semester, we have a full-time staff member who needs that teaching load' - nope, you just quietly drop off the orbat. Last time I finished teaching I'd barely had a term off for ten years, and there was just crickets. Academia is shit.
