@liamoc@types.pl I agree. I removed metrics, competitiveness, and incentives from dashboards. We’re overwhelmed by numbers. My 15-minute customer appointments are now meaningful. I fix the machine in 5 minutes, then chat and laugh with my new buddy. I don’t care about comments. If needed, I’ll do 2 or 3 appointments at once. Everyone chats together, and I have better days. I lived in a world ruled by metrics, but I still have the power to ignore them.
