🏋️ Completed my first #powerlifting meet as a spotter/loader this weekend at our gym's summer max-out and thankfully everything went well 😅 Many new PRs, everyone had fun and the adrenaline and dopamine rush on that platform was real. Had a proper workout myself 😂 I've spotted in training before, but not in a competition with judges and IPF rules. Got some helpful feedback and learned a thing or two. I had a good time, 10/10 can recommend, will do that again :vaultboy: #gym
