RE: https://burnout.cafe/@admin/116857804772538444 I don't know who burnout.cafe are, but this shit's fucking wild. some rando instance asking mastodon.social to ban queer sexual content on their site. looking at their instance rules, RULE NUMBER ONE is the most bizarre anti-lewdness rule I've ever seen on an 18+ instance. no content OR COMMUNICATION that can be construed as "sexually oriented or intentionally appealing to prurient interest," whatever that means. they also limit kinkycats.org, which as far as I've seen is just a super chill instance of lewd accounts and sex workers, for seemingly no reason. I can't even. if you want to be weird prudes, be weird prudes. but don't force your weird prudishness on the rest of us, please and thank you.
