@nugger@poa.st The Trump admin is throwing a lot of money at these nuclear startups exactly for this reason. The idea is they can just park a nuclear reactor at each of these data centers and not have to worry about the grid at all, just little self-sufficient islands of hyper-compute and electricity generation. Also means the general public won't benefit much from the buildout, but hey, who cares about them.
