First they say they only want affordable housing, so you propose 100% affordable housing.
Then they complain about developers making profits, so you have a non-profit build housing.
Then they say "you’re going to reduce the value of my property," complain about parking, and say the park "seems likely to end up as a hangout for teenagers."

Also, everyone complains when you build studios and 1 bedrooms, so you build family-sized housing. Then people complain that you should be building studios so that the building can be smaller 🙄
