Drove 100 miles to get the help I desperately need. I'm seeing my therapist again Monday.
Then I did something unplanned. My trigger finger was diagnosed via telehealth. I've exhausted non invasive remedies and was told I need a steroid shot in my palm to fix it so I went to the ER. Turns out I have to see an ortho. Per my discharge instructions I need a couple of new splints that are specifically for trigger finger. I've

been wearing a completely ineffective compression glove from CVS because my degree in WebMD isn't worth the website it's written on. I also went to Kasitv (a church now but historically our family etvlwv in the homelands). I put down cedar for my ancestors and took time to be with the land. Being there always helps. There's a peace there that I haven't felt in a while. I let it wash over me and rested in its beauty. It is my hope (right now damn near my only hope) to
