Drove 100 miles to get the help I desperately need. I'm seeing my therapist again Monday. Then I did something unplanned. My trigger finger was diagnosed via telehealth. I've exhausted non invasive remedies and was told I need a steroid shot in my palm to fix it so I went to the ER. Turns out I have to see an ortho. been wearing a completely ineffective compression glove from CVS because my degree in WebMD isn't worth the website it's written on.
