First thing world leaders should _have_ to do when declaring or starting a war: All their immediate family members should be sent to the front lines. Children, parents, grandparents, siblings, and a few of their best friends regardless of age or health. I suspect all wars would end. Recent events have shown that the leaders and 1% are obviously unfazed at the havoc they create for everyone else in the world.
