@ireneista@adhd.irenes.space of course I'm the guy who used to use the low level CUDA driver API instead of the "compile your source code with nvcc and use our magic syntactic sugar call flow" or the higher level API

@azonenberg@ioc.exchange don't even get us started on the notion of using a compiler provided by a vendor, using a language (or dialect, with nvcc) that they are sole specifier and maintainer of. everything about that tugs against everything we are.
