Well, I'm getting a Vimeo account going as an alternative to Youtube. Is it also evil? Well, I think it's owned by the same company that owns Tinder, so at least a little evil. But compared to Google, they're practically a small business. And no ads, and a focus on filmmaking, which means the first video I see there is this delightful short film.

No one on peertube has accepted me when I've tried, and all of the instances have, like 12 people in them. So after a week of trying to sort all of this out, I'm settling for no ads and not YouTube.
