A shorter pipeline, no tankers involved .. operated by the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) which includes Exxon, Mobil, Shell. The multinationals make their decision on profit only, not which nation will profit .. Nations are an inconvenience multinationals manipulate and compromise to maximize profit. Politicians and their supporters that refuse to recognize this are fools.
