I will never not miss my childhood void. Mom brought me outta school early for a dentist appointment, suddenly a block away from the dentist she pulled over randomly, reached into a storm drain and pulled "scruffy". Not a complete void as he had a dark brown chest. But that cat was a purring vibe check for our dead end street. Current cats are indoor only. And I must be doing something right cause they don't even try and escape. I can leave the door open while signing for a package without a care. Pet the void a little for me.
