I think this video, and also the one about red bricks roads or the incredibly beautiful little station and many more, should be watched in schools. People here in Italy are so car centric, I am so tired of hearing people complain about ugly streets in the center of the city dying because "there are no parkings".

The chair of 'Ik Ben Autovrij' @ikbenautovrij@mastodon.nl told me he was living in Ferdinand Bolstraat at the time, next to the taxi-stand half way, and the cars were not cars wrecked by them. They were abandoned wrecks from residents who did not want to bother to get rid of their cars properly. And since there was no paid parking, they would just leave their cars in the street. 'Blij dat ik rij'. So actually using those cars to create a protest would please everyone because then they would be taken away.
