More coutesy, listening and empathy of the human. I have seen too many times users jump to conclusions, extremes and high levels of hatred in their words. Things that if done in person would also cause others to avoid the situations, but when done online we all give it a pass.

I agree. Sometimes words can’t fully express what we mean, and not everyone is a good writer. I’ve realized that my partner and I sometimes misunderstand each other, but things become clearer when we meet in person.
