@thatprivacyguy@eupolicy.social But those that install this use an API.. so I wonder where or what you give more about privacy apart from using those specific browsers? If your data leaves your device to an API, you have already sacrificed privacy regardless of payment. Paying for an API buys you contractual promises (like no training on your data), but it does not buy you technical sovereignty. So I wonder not what is the weak factor as always it is human that chose to install it. Human aspect. My point is talk about AI if it is self hosted, no API and tell me there the flaws or we can read a plethora of 'Troyans' in each model even in your browser. So for a a 5 year old is you already sold your arse by paying for that API and installing it , you are the product.
