@CynAq@beige.party If and more likely when something DOES happen he's going to be on the hook personally for all the damage to his neighbors property as well. Nor will insurance cover a thin dime of it. They wont even cover HIS claim, since he tampered with the city system. That whole works is engineered very carefully to deposit the runoff into the canals where it can be safely controlled.
