Well they can't do that now, but #Roberts says they could make *legislative* agencies to "assist with its functions" like making rules and regulations, but now with no oversight from the #President. Existing executive #agencies would be reduced to simple #administration activities such as enforcing the regulations promulgated by the #legislature's #IndependentAgencies. Bam. Problem solved. Now get #immigration courts out of the executive branch, too.
