Is express VPN ok as an alternative or am I a dumbass?

From another user’s comment earlier Kape Technologies plc (formerly Crossrider Ltd.) is a British-Israeli company owned by businessman Teddy Sagi. Kape owns the VPN service and cybersecurity companies CyberGhost, Private Internet Access, ZenMate, ExpressVPN, and Intego. So, owned by Isreal. I didn’t know PIA was owned by the same and that’s what I’ve been using. So maybe I’ll look into AirVPN? Or IVPN is another one mentioned
