A few days ago, I decided it was time to give @kde@floss.social Plasma a try on Debian Testing. I've not used Plasma in years. It's really come a long, long way. What a great experience!

@cmccullough@polymaths.social @kde@floss.social My distro (Zorin) uses GNOME but I *do* sometimes find people complaining about GNOME being heavy/slower and not as customisable as KDE. If you were using GNOME before, can you say what the biggest benefits of switching were?
