I've seen people say, "how could they shut down a few blocks to traffic on a HOLIDAY weekend?" and I've been in midtown Manhattan on July 4th weekend. It is *less* busy. It's not like it's Thanksgiving or Christmas where Penn Station is a major hub for people visiting family At the same time, this is Taylor Swift's Rhode Island estate. Why the fuck would you not have your wedding here, instead of an arena that's appropriate for a "Regional Salesperson of the Year" convention?
