#ScribesAndMakers 14: Should there be "quality control" when it comes to self-published work? Probably, because otherwise it's largely the people who have money who will self-publish, regardless of ability. (I suppose I'm not counting web posting.) It's not feasible though, because how would you set a bar, or find the time/money to set it up. There are no easy answers here.
