#ScribesAndMakers 17: An idyllic garden? I've often contemplated just a small herb garden, a bit like what my parents had growing up. Only about a metre squared. But we have too much local wildlife for it to work without some sort of barrier, while indoors I kill ferns with my inattentiveness. Though if we're talking to visit, I always find topiary gardening clever. Somewhere quiet, except for birds and the like, away from city noises.
