Hey! Whine all you like but at least we don't have "Grammatical Gender".
Some French guys had to sit down around a table and decide if COVID was male or female.

@LovingFalloutLondon1954@mastodon.social @rudy@mstdn.ca Actually, the head of the Academie Française (not a guy by the way) said it was "la COVID" while everyone else was already saying "le COVID", 6 years later, it's still not settled, wis some people having strong opinions on the matter
