OP didn’t provide the agreement because it’s not legible. Now you’re being disingenuous. I’ve said nothing about the agreement and again nothing about the landlord other than to agree he’s a bag of shit. If you’re so caught up replying to multiple people that you can’t keep their positions straight, I think that says more about your bias than mine.
