@keithzg@fediverse.keithzg.ca I do see an additional outline (at zoomed-in levels) when I click on an outage icon. But yes, it is extremely poor design to have the "active outage" highlight colour be the exact same as the "ATCO Electric Territory" highlight. But that matches the legend ("filters" sidebar). Unfortunately, the least useful overlay (the service region) is the one you can't filter off. And I guess you should tell someone in Heinsburg to formally report their outage, because all the crews must still be in Cold Lake or Vermillion.
