Been a while since I was last this stumped by a networking issue. When it’s not DNS it’s MTU? Maybe? Ping works. Normal-sized packets work fine, but most connections hang during SSL handshake. Behavior seems classic of an MTU issue, but then also not. Dreading trying to explain that my PPPoE session appears broken to the Bell customer support people.
