So for those of you who live in a climate that doesn't have heat or humidity ... or doesn't have both at the same time ... this is life under the heat dome Yesterday I ran out to get ice creams for the team at a drive thru like ten minutes away. In an air conditioned car. By the time I got back with them they were 25% ice cream soup Meanwhile, hot as it is, nothing ever dries. So imagine getting in from work, washing your hands, then the towel you dry them on is still damp from the day before

  • You go to put away your laundry after having it hanging for three days and it feels slightly damp to the touch, and it's not logical that it would still be wet at that point, it's just somehow equilibrating with the dampness in the air
