If you’re one of those people who hovers and chats to people in cafes, or has a loud phone call on speakerphone when you’re sat by yourself, consider that some people around you aren’t taking up the entire space because they have sound sensitivity and are trying to get five minutes peace. #autism #meltdown Take your call outside, and talk at a level the other person can hear you - not the entire cafe. Bubbly personalities are not a defence for a lack of manners.

@david@social.piconet.work I was in a taxi yesterday and it’s the closest I’ve come to making the driver stop, getting out and walking leaving the others to finish the journey. Just wouldn’t stop despite the conversation very early on highlighted I’m not a fan of talking to people. I should sit in the back more often!
