Given https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.642223/gov.uscourts.nysd.642223.14.0.pdf I don't think there's any chance of this getting far - an appeal can only be granted if the original judge fucked up and, well.

@mjg59@nondeterministic.computer I was wondering if there's anything special about tech that leads to people filing epic complains (see also, Roy) but then I remembered reading a paper on arxiv titled "Relativity for Retired Engineers" that was explicitly designed to stop retired engineers from thinking they've "solved relativity's problems".
