I want to clarify, generative AI is (mostly) not what I mean. I am very excited by the idea of generative AI in the context of procedurally generated video games. I think there is a lot of really cool stuff we could do with that. But because of the negative aspects of AI, the gaming community at large is against that. Mostly what I was excited about is automation and chatbot type stuff. Ironman’s Jarvis. I used to run my own “Smarterchild” bot on AIM back in the day.
