I agree but it’s not even a point of education (for the most part) imo. It’s that a large amount of people are easily manipulated and are not properly equipped to fight it off. Societal peer pressure carries a lot of this stuff very far. If two friends but the latest game, a third will likely do so as well; and the sample size is rarely limited to three.
