it is intellectual dishonesty of the highest order to hand wave at 'impeachment' to imply he was impeached by trying to encompass the process of trying a person for articles of impeachment but elide the finding itself, the actual 'impeachment' which triggers removal "on impeachment", per the Constitution's verbatim text, when the literal, factual, raw, indisputable truth is that he was acquitted. not impeached.
