@mischievoustomato@tsundere.love here I'll teach you. many people presupposed art has to be man made for a while now. this has to do with the definition of art and why we require such a thing: it's so we don't waste time talking about art-like qualities of not-art - such as growth ring patterns on tree trunks - while we're concerned with art. various flavors of "has to be man made" worked very well until they didn't, like when you can't tell the extent of man-made-ness and the desired threshold anymore, as may be the case with ai art. so now the unknowing followers of this school are very confused and further confuse (You) because you don't give a shit in the first place.
