My newly arrived copy of CRC Standard Curves and Surfaces (old 1993 edition) came in immediately useful. I was able to complete the longitudinal Doppler shift without having to do the full mathematical workup.
Not that I shouldn’t do so. It is just that doing such things is not easy. Professors writing examinations act as if it were, which is part of why I loathe universities. Instead I have subtle logical proof the math is the same as SR:

In short, Special Relativity is wrong. The Michelson-Morley effect is due to electromagnetic transmissions being an inertial material (such as photons, though my guess is it is a continuous material with a mass density, that is emitted in “quanta” due to resonances). Since Special Relativity is wrong, so is General Relativity. This, presumably, is why Einstein never succeeded in finding a Unified Field Theory.
