My UK civil service pension is 7 months late. Capita told Keir Starmers office that my pension would be paid at the end of April, it didn't happen. Many people, inc me, still can't create an account on the Capita platform. Letters to me are sent from Sweden, not the UK, which takes over 1 month to reach me. A UK government outsourcing contract by the Conservatives but failures to monitor the contract by Labour.
