I took a survey today about how we're handling mental health as queer people in my part of the world...made me realize that any smidgen of sanity I have is because of the people that care about me that are around me, and that I barely do any actual self-care towards myself

@tanamuse@blackqueer.life So many times we end up in this space where not only do we convince ourselves that caring for others is more important than caring for ourselves, but also it can get to the point where we don't even remember or know what we need to take care of ourselves fully. 🫂 I hope you don't blame yourself for this and that you can find ways to care for yourself more!
