@HatkeshiatorTND@annihilation.social I recommend an ordinary food processor. Hoist them up by their ankles to the rafters, over the basement drain, disembowel them onto a spread out bit of plastic to catch the gut pile, then fillet the carcass and put the meat cutlets in a food processor with 2 cups of water. Puree and then compost with the gut pile in 5 pounds of soil per food processor load. If you want to be really forensically rigorous, you can set up a blood collection system and compost that, too, but I usually don't bother.
