Drug use becomes a problem once it creates problems for the drug user. Bearing that in mind, I would say that #hopium is the world's most dangerous drug today, far more dangerous than meth, pcp ("monkey dust"), or even crack. It's addictive in tiniest quantities, & makes people eternally stupid.
